The ALPHA SERIES machines use a state of the art programmable logic control system (PLC) mated with a simple operator interface. The Smart Seal system allows an operator to simply set the seal time with an easy to operate dial control then the system sets the needed cooling time automatically. This gives you a perfect seal and cool combination for a perfect seal every time. Basic ALPHA features include an all stainless steel housing, dual retractable nozzles and a single sided seal with a standard width of ¼ inch. If your application requires more then choose from a list of available options. These include single stage gas flush, bi-active seal system and many more. The ALPHA SERIES machines were designed to get your company into the best vacuum sealer on the market at a price that puts real meaning in the phrase best value. These machines are ideal for a wide variety of products including, food, electronics, medical and cleanroom products. Standard seal width is ¼", vacuum pressure is 25Hg and air consumption is 5 cfm for vacuum cycle. |
