This is the durable A45 cutter that comes mounted on a caster equipped, rugged steel frame to provide you with the additional advantage of mobility. Two of the casters are equipped with locking brakes to provide stability and prevent rolling while in use. The same knee action gravity cutting blade is mounted on arms which lock into open position for safe, easy loading. Features:- Holds up to 18” diameter rolls on 3” cores
- Available with serrated blade for film and foil cutting
- Finished in a gray baked powder coat
