It’s designed for easy, convenient dispensing and cutting of paper, especially in large sheet dimensions. Precision made, this unit features ball bearings, guide pins and a cutting blade supported and positioned with nickel-plated springs for smooth, positive cuts every time. Spring tension can be varied. Features:- Includes casters. Two of the four casters have locking brakes to prevent rolling while in use.
