- This portable countertop unit is designed to offer attractive, compact, convenient dispensing and cutting for gift wrap bolt ribbon
- Fast, safe, hand-operated cutting system which eliminates the need for scissors
- The cutter assembly, consisting of a carbide steel rotary blade with hand grip mounted on a slide rod guide and a stainless steel cutting surface is combined with a ribbon hold-down spring to assure flawless feeding and cutting for up to a width of 18" of ribbon bolts
- Hinged top lifts for placement of ribbon bolts in the recessed holding tray
- Adjustable bolt holder provides stability when the full width of the holding tray is not filled
- Finished with gray baked powder coat
- Rubber, non-skid feet protect counter surfaces and prevent sliding
