BULMAN R66-36 Jumbo Paper Cutter Mover, Regular Blade, 36 Inch
This is the durable A45 cutter that comes mounted on a caster equipped, rugged steel frame to provide you with the additional advantage of mobility. Two of the casters are equipped with locking brakes to provide stability and prevent rolling while in use. The same knee action gravity cutting blade is mounted on arms which lock into open position for safe, easy loading.

- Available with serrated blade for film and foil cutting
